Topography:
With rolling hills on the west end and Quigley Coulee heading off to the east, one will never be board of this land.
Livestock Consideration:
With a good grazing program, this ground has good grazing potential. The Sellers have ran approximately 350 to 450 head of cattle from the end of June until the end of September. However, they did manage this grazing with a diligent program.
